Blue Hawaiian

What we have here is basically a blue Piña Colada with a bit more orange mixed in with the pineapple. There's no dash of lime here — Curaçao is made with the peels, so the end result is sweet orange with a tangy bitterness that balances it out (the blue color is just food coloring). Again, you could drink this on the rocks, but it's most widely known as a blended drink. Slide a pineapple wedge onto the edge for a garnish with a cherry on top. Whatever happens, do not confuse this drink with a Blue Motorcycle — that's an entirely different beast!
