Piña Colada

Rum — 2 oz Coconut Cream — 2 oz Pineapple — 2 oz Lime Juice — a dash Ice — 1.5 oz
The easy thing to remember about a Piña Colada is that it's pretty much even parts of everything, except for the ice. If you want this drink to go over-the-top delicious, use actual pineapple chunks in the blender — pineapple juice works in a pinch, but the chunks add texture and froth when blended. Reportedly, you can drink this on the rocks (definitely use juice in that case), but it's rarely seen that way. The lime balances things out if it's too sweet, but it's not a must-have ingredient. Most people use clear rum for this drink; for a flavor booster, go half clear and half dark — just don't confuse dark rum with spiced rum here, since that takes the flavor in an entirely different direction.
